Cortondo Gym Test Walkthrough

1. Complete The Olive Rolling Gym Test


Head to the Gym Test venue, which can be found northwest of the Cortondo City.

2. Roll The Olive To The Goal


When the Olive rolling starts, hit the Giant Olive in front of you and roll it to the goal. You can use the triangualr foundations to go past some obstacles.

Defeat Gym Trainers To Unlock Shortcuts

There are two Gym Trainers that you can face during the Gym Test. Defeating them will unlock shortcuts to make it easier to tget to the goal. You can skip them, but since their Pokemon are low-level Bug types, it's better to just fight them.

Use Types That Are Strong Against Bug Types

All of Katy's Pokemon are Bug Types. Fire, Flying, and Rock Types are strong against them and if you use moves of the same types, it will deal a tong of damage.

Teddiursa Is Their Terastral Pokemon

Katy will Terastralize her Teddiursa to turn it into a Bug Type. It's not that much of a threat and you can easily defeat it by using moves that are either Fire, Flying, or Rock type.
