Use A Terastal Pokemon Against Baxcalibur
In its Terastal Form, Baxcalibur turns into a Dragon Type. This makes Fairy type moves best to counter it. It's best to defeat it quick before it can deal a ton of damage with its Glaive Rush.
Fairy Or Ice Type Is Recommended
Since Hassel's Pokemon team lineup are all Dragon-types, you can use Fairy and Ice to exploit his weaknesses. Noivern and Flapple are 4 times weaker, especially against Ice types and for Fairy Types, Dragon moves are nullified, so it will be easy to fight.
