You will not be able to find a Wild Grimmsnarl. So you need to go to Tagtree Thicket to find a Morgrem or Impidimp and evolve into a Grimmsnarl.

If You Want To Save Money, You Would Want To Capture By Reroll

Once you have a Grimmsnarl set up, you would want to use items to increase its Effort Values. With each item, you will need to use money, so if you want to save a little bit of money, you would want to do some reroll for [Nature], [IV], [Ability] to make it easier.
