    Iron Hands is a Violet limited edition Pokemon. Since it appears in Area Zero in the Violet, you may catch it at the Research Stations 1-3 in Area Zero. For Scarlet limited edition, you may try to get it by exchanging it with other players using the exchange bulletin board.
