Jikais Shrine How To Get Guide
Fly southeast from the Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower. After descending for a while, you will see the shrine.

Walkthrough Guide
Move the large block on the left to the right.
Move each small block on the right in a different direction.
Climb up on the small block with Ascend and jump on top of the larger block.
Bring the small left-most block up to the hollow in the wall.
Use Ascend to top of small block.
Move further up from the hollow using Acend.
[Treasure]]Magic Staff
After step 6, there is a treasure chest to the right as you enter. Move to the upper scaffold by Ascend to obtain it.
Put a board down to make a scaffold.
Up from the scaffold by Ascend.
Grab the board outside the cage.
Roof over the cage with boards and then use Ascend to climb up and complete the stage.
