Coordinates Of Quest
The X-axis represents width, the Y-axis represents height, and the Z-axis represents height, which is displayed at the bottom of the mini-map and at the bottom right of the overall map.
Examine the Jinodok Shrine in the South Hyrule Sky Archipelago. In order to get to the South Hyrule Sky Archipelago, you need to go from Hyrule Field Skyview Tower, via the pedestal on the Sky, or use the Wing to build a vehicle.

Walkthrough Guide
Fly from "Hyrule Field Skyview Tower" and land on the south southeast sky island.
Attach 2 rockets to the platform.
Activate the rocket and rise up, head to the southeast sky island with paraglider.
Defeat the Constructs at the island and attach the 2 rockets again on the platform.
Activate the rocket and after it rises, head to the southeast sky island with paraglider.
Create an airplane with wings and a fan, and move to the west sky island.
When you land on the island, there is the Jinodok Shrine on the right hand side and when you examine it, the Shrine Quest "The South Hyrule Sky Crystal" will activate. 
Use Ultrahand on the gimmick in the picture, the walking platform 1 to the left → 2 for the front and create a platform.
* Afterwards use Recall.
Move to the rotating boulder and use the paraglider to go to the sky island where the rock is.
Carry the rock to the rotating boulder, and use Recall on the gimmick.
Place the rock on the rotating boulder.
Progress to the Sky Island that has the gimmick with the paraglider. With the gimmick and create a walking platform.
When you bring the rock to the shrine then the Shrine Quest is complete.
