The X-axis represents width, the Y-axis represents height, and the Z-axis represents height, which is displayed at the bottom of the mini-map and at the bottom right of the overall map.
You can take the challenge at the Sky (West Necluda Sky Archipelago) on the east side of Popla Foothills Skyview Tower. if you have less than 2 laps of your Stamina Wheel, you can go directly from Skyview Tower by Paraglider, but if you do not have enough stamina left, you need to take it from Sky and fly on the way to the challenge.

Walkthrough Guide
Fly to the east sky island from Popla Foothills Skyview Tower.
Land to the middle point and defeat the Construct.
Attach the rocket and wings that are dropped near the Construct and add to rails.
After activating the automobile, adjust the wings location and head to the sky island.- Activate the challenge.
Adjust the jump pad and jump to where the automobile is located.
On the wings, attach a control stick, fan, rocket, and battery and place on rail.
Activate it and land in front of the wall with vines.
Burn the vines with Fire Fruit or other fire activating materials. There are 2 locations with where the crystal is located.
Attach crystals on the airplane. Afterwards, place the cart faxing the Shrine, and place the airplane on the cart (don't attach the cart and airplane together)
Bring the crystal to the Shrine and complete.
