 Talk to Paya and Tauro. |
 Go up to the ruins using Ascend. |
 Take a photo of the wall with writings using the camera. |
 When you show Camera to Paya and Tauro, "Secret of the Ring Ruins" starts |
 Head to Dracozu Lake and meet Tauro└ Popla Foothills Skyview Tower will be the closest |
 Talk to Tauro in the Ruins. Open the treasure chest and then get the Charged Shirt. |
 Find the Head and Leg lightning equipment at Dracozu Lake |
 Wear a set of lightning equipment and offer a Zonai Charge at the altar└ "Secret of the Ring Ruins" is completed. |

Kakariko Village is located in the southeast of Lookout Landing. For detailed directions, please refer to the image above.
