How To Go To Shrine
Go down on the sky island that is north of Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower. If Ganos Shrine is unlocked then you can warp (Skip to Step 5)
There are 2 rockets on top of the automobile, and use one to go up.
Attach the other 1 to the destination side and move to the side.
When the rocket disappears, use the paraglider to head to where another automobile is located. Repeat Steps 2 to 4.
Head to Ganos Shrine.
Place the jump pad to head to the sky island.
Move with the paraglider and head to the back device.
Activate the device and lower it to the water.
Defeat the Construct that is located where the light is pointing to, destroy the rock wall.
Use the mirror and reflect the light to where the next mirror is.
If you have Brightbloom still left then you can use it to see around you.
Shine the mirror to the next room.
Reflect the light to the back room. 
Defeat the Construct, and use the Mirror the Construct was holding and hit the light on the switch. 
In the room with the switch, there is a treasure chest, and you can get equipment to increase Zonai Devices.
When you climb down the outside ladder, land to the Shrine.
