How To Go To Starview Island
Head northeast to the Sphere shaped sky island from Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower.
You will need to use floating seats on the way.
Land on the northeast island and defeat the Construct.
Attach the rocket to the floating stone and head to the floating island that you can see on the top left.
If you can't reach it then use the paraglide and Tulin's Skill.
Defeat the Construct on top of the floating stone and then attach the rocket to the floating stone again.
Throw the floating stone to the north way, and then fly over to the floating stone in the back of the island.
Head to Sphere shaped Island (Starview Island) and fly to the floating stone.
From the top hole, go inside.

Starview Island Walkthrough Guide
Move to the platform that is lit up.
Place the mirror on the platform to face the orange colored switch.
Move the bottom right mirror so the light will hit it.
Head to where the light is pointing and go to where the mirror is located.
There will be a updraft so use the paraglider to move.
Move the mirror past the light so it can be hit with the light.
Move back the mirror that had the light hit, and have the light hit the left side mirror next to the automobile.
[Treasure Chest] Sage's Will
Hit the orange colored switch with the light.
Hit the mirror that you moved in the beginning with the light.
