How To Go To Shrine
Fly from "Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower" and head southeast to the cave.
Enter the hole that is on the ground. 
After entering the hole, dive into the pit and enter "Mount Dunsel Cave".
Swim in the river that is at the dead end and go to the right.
By the water puddle there is a wood slate so pick it up with Ultrahand. Float it up to where you can use Ascend.
Ride the wood slate and use Ascend.A
Follow the path and there will be Bamitok Shrine.
