How To Go To Shrine
Jump up through the sky from Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower.
Head to the circle area like the picture above and head to the ground.
Ignore the Constructs, and head to the rotating grounds. 
When you arrive, the climb down. 
When you climb down, speak to the Construct then do the Ceremony of Diving to complete.

Get A Reward From Ceremony Of Diving
After completing for the first time, if you complete the task within the seconds the Construct gives you then you will receive a reward. To challenge you will need to pay 1 Zonai Charge.
