Fly south from "Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower".

Walkthrough Guide
Use the floating slate as a walking platform and move to the back island.
Carry the slate with Ultrahand and place on top of the fence.
Use the slate as a walking platform and climb over. 
Use the slate as a walking platform and head over to the ladder.
* The enemy in the middle can be defeated with arrows.
Climb up the ladder, and turn on the switch and blow the ball.
Go down the quicksand, and head to the left treasure chest with the sleigh with fan.
Cut the rope with arrows and get the treasure chest with Ultrahand.
* If that is hard then use Recall to stop the time.
Climb onto the sleigh with the fan and head to the treasure chest in the back right.
Defeat the enemy next to the treasure chest, place the slate to climb up to get to the treasure chest.
Move with the sleigh to the location where the ball flew.
Use Ascend to climb up top.
Press the switch and carry the ball closer to the goal. * When you go back you can push the ball with the sleigh which will save you time.
Combine the 2 slates in front of the goal and make it perpendicular to the wall.
Combine the slate that is sticking out of the quicksand to the 2 slates.
Attach the ball to the top of the slate.
Climb up to the goal, and take off the ball with Ultrahand. When you add the ball to the indent in front of the goal then the goal will open.

Cut the rope that is hanging with the treasure chest with an arrow and grab it with Ultrahand. If it is hard then stop the time with Recall and adjust for your needs.
Treasure Chest 2
Defeat the enemy next to the treasure chest, place the slate up and climb up to the treasure chest.
