How To Go To Shrine
Fly from Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower, and use the paraglider to head southwest to Lakeside Stable.
Use the fly route to Lakeside Stable.
Head to the cliff on the right of Lakeside Stable.
From the cliff that is sticking out, use Ascend and go to the middle of the cliff.
Once you have climbed to the middle then use the hollows and keep using Ascend to go to the Shrine.
* Climb up to the Shrine and you're OK.

Walkthrough Guide
Grab the edge of the bridge that has fallen with Ultrahand, and attach it to the other side of the bridge. Afterwards cross the bridge.
On the other side of the broken bridge, use Ultrahand on the 4th rock on the right and grab it.
Same as step 1, attach the rocks together and create a bridge.
Climb up the ladder and cross the bridge that you made.
Grab the square rocks that are in the right and attach it to the broken bridge.
Attach the bridge that has square rocks to the top part of the sticks.
Climb up the ladder and cross the bridge that you made. 
[Treasure Chest] Large Zonaite
Grab the rock that is in the middle of the bridge, and attach it to the left part of the bridge. Cross the bridge and open the treasure chest.
Get off the bridge and go to the goal.

The treasure chest is located on the top left of the bridge before the goal. Grab the rock that is in the middle of the bridge with Ultrahand, and when you attach it to a piece of the bridge then you will be able to go to the location of the bridge.
