Fly southeast from "Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower".

Move the right slate that is standing up to go straight up and attach it to the slanted slate in the back.
Cross the bridge that you made in Step 1, and take off the slate from the bridge that you made in step 1.
Add the gear to the slate, ride the slate and go in the back of the gear. Climb up the slope and get the treasure chest.
Climb down from the treasure chest platform and take off the gear that is on the slate.
Attach the slate so it is standing straight up and attach it to the seesaw.
Attach the other slate that is in front of the seesaw and create the seesaw longer. 
Take off the last slate that you attached in step 6 and attach it to the next gimmick.
Progress to the tip of the slate and activate the gimmick with an arrow. After flying up, use the paraglider to goal.
