How To Go To Shrine
Fly southeast from the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower.
If your Stamina Wheel is low, you can go on the wing at the Sky island on the way.
The entrance is in the passageway in front of the area on the far left corner.
Proceed in the direction of the arrow following the image to reach the room of the shrine.
