Fly northeast from the Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower.
Land on the ground, recover the Stamina Wheel, and fly in the same direction.
Entering the cave from the cliff top at Tarm Point.
Water in the cave varies in depth.
When the water depth becomes shallow, get on the rock to recover your Stamina Wheel and proceed.
