Fly west from Hyrule Field Skyview Tower and when you examine Usazum Shrine then it will activate.
Enter the cave that the light is shining to.
Defeat the Hinox inside the cave.
* Aim for the eye with arrows, when down then attack.
Bring the rock that Hinox drops to Usazum Shrine.
