Jochi-iu Shrine How To Get Guide
Fly northeast from the Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower. After a while, you will see a stable and a shrine, so mark them and head there.

Pull out the end of the bottom row and place it where the electricity is running on the left side
Pull out the center of the second row from the bottom.
Electricity is passed through two pillars to activate the moving platform.
Complete the area by getting on the moving platform, collecting the balls, and matching them to the holes.

Take the column you pulled out and use it as a staircase to go up to the treasure chest.

Remove the top part of the treasure chest while trying not to drop it, and pull the treasure chest with Ultrahand. Do this after collecting the balls.

Pull out two columns and place them on the stairs. Go up the steps and open the treasure chest.

Do this after retrieving the balls, as the block is reset when the balls are dropped. Remove the top part of the treasure chest while trying not to drop the treasure chest, and pull the treasure box with Ultrahand.
