How To Go To Shrine
Fly from the Hyrule Plains skyview Tower to the horse camp on the outskirts of the plains on the southwest side.
Taking the horses out at a horse camp on the outskirts of the plain.
Travel to the Shrine location, following the road on horseback.
Coordinates are approximately -1921, -0357, 0228

Go straight ahead and climb the steps with Ascend.
Slide the square stone in the space on the left side of the front to the right side with Ultrahand.
Grab the square iron in the opposite space with Ultrahand and carry it close to the stone you moved in step 2.
Mounting the carried square iron on top of the square stone to allow space to use Ascend.

Use Ascend to move onto the square iron. Then go down from the right side onto the square stone and open the treasure chest.
Place the square iron on the central platform.
Use Ascend from under the central platform to move onto the square iron and proceed to the next area.
Grab the square iron on the left side of the front wall with Ultrahand and carry it under the hollow part of the front wall.
Move to a higher position using a tore-roof at the location where the square iron was originally located. Then use parasails to get on top of the square iron box set up in step 8.
Use Ascend from the top of the square iron to the hollow above to move to the finish line.

The treasure chest is located in the space to the far left of the first area. Slide the stone that was originally on the left side to the right, and place the square iron brought from the right side on top of it while securing the space for Ascend. The treasure chest can then be opened by moving onto the slid stone while using Ascend.
