How To Go To Riogok Shrine
Fly from Hyrule Field Skyview Tower, use Paraglider to fly then head to the south side.
Move to the southwest side, where the Hover Stone is located and then attach the nearby Rocket to the Hover Stone.
Start the Rocket while riding on the Hover Stone. Move to Sky, going to the other side of the river, and then continue to the end of the river.
Jump off to the Sky using a Paraglider and get as close as possible to the location of the shrine located on the west side.
Leave the Paraglider or you can get off at nearby surface and then you can walk toward the shrine.

Pick up a fallen stick using Ultrahand and then attach both ends of the stick to the gears in the front.
Activate the switch near the gears to open the door.
Pick up the stick at the end of the door using Ultrahand and then attach it to the short lever handle on the right-hand side. Move the lever with Ultrahand to open the door and get the second stick inside.
(Treasure Chest) Mighty Construct Bow
There is a treasure chest high up on the far right side of the second room. Attaching a stick to a treasure chest via Ultrahand will make the chest drop to the ground
Attach two rods to the Board using Ultrahand. Attach the left bar horizontally so that it will hit the part of the rotating gear. The gear will make the upper bar move vertically at the bottom of the upper Board.
Climb from the bottom of the Board, going to the top of the first Board using Ascend.
When a part of the gear hits the horizontal bar, the Board will move to the upper side and. You can move directly to where the finish line is located.

There is a treasure chest located, on the upper ground, located in the second room on the far right side. By picking up a fallen stick using Ultrahand and attaching the stick to the treasure chest, the weight of the stick will drop the chest to the ground.
