Examine "Josiu Shrine" located on North Necluda Sky.
How To Go & Guide Video
Walkthrough Guide
Fly east from "Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower", and move to "Josiu Shrine" which is located on "North Necluda Archipelago".
Rotate the gimmick with Ultrahand which is which is located at the end of where the green light is rotating. Create it so you can reach the island.
Go to the middle of the road, and move the rock that is on the island with the paraglider.
Use Recall on the island that has the Shrine and create a walking platform to the island you are currently on.
Bring the rock on top of the bridge.
Use the paraglider and Ascend and travel to the next island.
Climb up to the top and use the paraglider to the island that has the shrine.
Move the gimmick, get the rock and move to Josiu Shrine.
