Fly southeast from Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower.
Use the Master Swords Geoglyphs as a landmark and stop the gliding.

Use Recall to reverse the gears.
Fitting the falling ball into the hole.
Turn the lever with the Ultrahand. Turn the lever clockwise to complete the shrine, counterclockwise to go to the treasure chest route.

Turn the lever counterclockwise and use Recall on the gear to go down. After getting the chest, use Ascend to return to the top.
Operate the lever in a clockwise direction and go up on the gear with Recall.
