One Giant Brightbloom Seed can illuminate an entire shrine.
Turn right at the main entrance.
Turn left and continue to the front.
Go to the back of the area where there is a spike trap on one side.
Use Ultrahand to remove the board and get the key.
Go back the way you came and unlock the door.

Treasure Chest Route

[Treasure 1]]Opal
Move left in front of the entrance.
Go to the back road and turn left.
Go to the back while avoiding lasers and get the treasure chest.
[Treasure 2]]Zonaite Bow
Return to the path in the laser zone and proceed to the back.
Proceed to the right
Proceed to the front while avoiding spike traps.
After going through the thorn trap, there is a place where you can see a light on the ceiling. Use Ascend near there to go to the ceiling and get the treasure chest.
[Treasure 3]]Small Key
Go the opposite way from the way you came down from the ceiling.
Go to the back of the place where there's spike traps on one side.
Use Ultrahand to remove the board and obtain the treasure chest.
[Treasure 4]]Luminous Stone Gathering
Go back the way you came and turn left.
Keep left at the fork in the road.
Obtaining treasure chests while watching out for thorn traps
[Treasure 5]]Amber
Go back the way you came and turn left.
There is a block of cube. Take the center of the cube with Ultrahand and make it up the stairs to get the treasure chest.
With the cube block wall on your left, take the front path to the left to return to the start (end) point.
