Go to the Trolley stop on the right of Marakuguc Shrine in Goron City.
Create an automobile, place it on the right rails and move.
Get off in the middle and progress to the back and you will arrive.

Use Recall to align the middle and lower columns.
(Treasure chest) Strong Zonaite Longsword
There is a treasure chest in the open part of the upper section. Make use of the middle and lower sections that are connected, then use Ascend to go up.
Using the same procedure, combine the upper section into a single column.
Climb and clear the columns that are connected using Ascend.
