How To Go To Shrine
There are no visible landmarks on the route, so use the image and head north of Hebra Mountain its recommended to place map pins.
Move up left of the Hebra Mountain.
There are lots of Lizalfos in front of the shrine so be careful. 
* To avoid combat, you can use Ascend from the bottom of Goflam’s Secret Hot Spring which will lead you to the entrance of the Shrine.

Walkthrough Guide
In "Proving Grounds", you will be taken from your equipments and gears so make sure to collect the weapons that is near the entrance.
Defeat the Construct on the right.
Fix a Perfect Dodge and attack with Flurry Rush is the best way.
Defeat the Construct and with the materials that it has dropped, fuse it on the weapons to increase power.
Defeat the Construct in the front.
From the wall use Ascend and drop attack which will give it great damage.
Defeat the Construct in the back.
Use the thorns on the ground and fuse them on your weapons is recommended.
Fuse the dragon's head in the left back room to your weapons and shield.
Stop the movement of the fire spitting statue with Recall.
Defeat the left 2 Constructs.
1 will be shooting Electric Arrows so hide and avoid so you will not be damaged.
