(Treasure chest) Mighty Construct Bow
Use the fan up along the wall where the treasure chest is located, and then activate it to create wind above.
Attach the fan to the center disk so that the wind blows directly to the side.
Attach the fan on the other side, with the same orientation.
Activate the fan and rotate all the propellers.
