How To Go To Shrine
Head north from the Lookout Landing Skyview Tower, turn right at the Kyononis Shrine.
Leave the East Castle Town and turn left at the horse place. Get the horse there. 
Follow the road to get to the stable. Then head to left(north side).

Press the switch
Go above the block and use Recall to move to the other side of the river.
(Treasure chest) Zonaite's Shield
Carry the falling block going to the front and then go to the treasure chest from the top of the block.
Pull the falling blocks.
(The block used to obtain the treasure chest will be dropped to the left).
Move using Recall.
Place the block that falls to the right of the entrance, at the uneven area.
Climb the ladder then push the switch and let the blocks fly.
Use Recall on the block and fly to the other side of the river when it is up.
