Leave Rito Village through Gatakis Shrine.
Go to the Lucky Clover Gazette.
Climb the mountain path on the right.
Ascend from under the arched Rock.
Burn the thorns that are blocking the entrance.

How To Go To Oromuwak Shrine
The rocket on the right can be placed on the left, then activate it
Take the Rocket from the previous room, then attach it to the Mine Cart. Start it up.
[Treasure Chest] Fuse Rocket to Ruby
Use shield to go up.
Move the Mine Cart to the left of the launch pad. Attach the Rocket in the same way, and start the ride.
