To get to the Eshos Shrine (Twin Horse Inn), it is quicker to go over the mountain from the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower. The mountain can be traversed with only one initial effort gauge, so please refer to the video and proceed with the mountain climb.

Block the enemy's attack with shield
When you are looking down then it is easier to catch the timing
Destroy the Flame Ball
Even if you miss, if you put it away then the fire will disappear
With a wooden shield, avoid the electric ball
If you miss the timing, you can guard and try again
