The route to the Tukarok Shrine (the horse inn in the marshland) is very easy: just follow the road. There are no strong enemies along the way, so you can reach the shrine even with initial equipment.

With Ultrahand attach the ball to the car, attack the tires to make it run
Once you reach the other side unstick the ball to go to the next area
Attach the ball to the tip of the board, and place near the ladder
Climb up the ladder and pull up the ball, and bring just the ball to the next area
Attach the boards to create a bridge
Use Ultrahand to pull up the treasure chest out of the narrow waterway
