Place the fan facing up and use the paraglider to rise up
Attach the fan on the raft and head to the other side
Attach 2 fans facing down on the lift and rise up

Attach a fan to the board the treasure chest is on and activate with an arrow. Use the other fan and rise up to open up the treasure chest.
