How To Go To Shrine
In this process of finding the Shrine, you will use Zora Armor that you receive in the Main Quest "Restoring the Zora Armor". 
Fly from Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower and head to the island you see northeast.
After you land on the island, use the 2 automobiles and head to the destination.
Take off the 2 fans attached to the wings with Ultrahand, and attach them to the floating stone on the west side.
Carry the other automobile by itself, and place on top of the floating stone.
* Be careful not to attach the automobile to the floating stone but just place it on top.
Activate just the fan and progress, and get close to the island that has the waterfall.
When you get close enough, the floating stone will blink and disappear so switch rides and ride the automobile that was on top of the stone.
Control the automobile and get close to the destination island, when the energy runs out then use the paraglider to get closer to the waterfall. At this time, wear the Zora's Armor and climb up the waterfall and head to to the top of the island.
When you land on the island, head to the back where the Construct is riding the floating stone, attach the rocket to the back of the stone with Ultrahand. 
Activate the rocket and head to island on the other side, then activate the switch and create an updraft.
Use the paraglider and ride the updraft and go to the top of island.
Jump down the big hole in the middle of the island, avoid the red lasers and climb to the very bottom and you will arrive to the Shrine.

Take the weapon and shield on the left side of the entrance.
In the beginning, you should use the shield so carry a wood stick.
Climb up the step on the left side and defeat the Construct.
* Protect yourself with the shield and when you see a chance then attack to defeat.
Nearby there are 2 rockets so Fuse them on a Wood Stick and Long Stick and increase their power to make powerful weapons.
Climb down to the very bottom and head to the Construct in the right.
* If you head there with the paraglider, enemies will notice you so be careful.
Get close without being caught, and attack the Constructs when they are working on their projects.
To defeat the enemies on top, move yourself to the bottom and then use Ascend and move close to them.
* Between the 2 enemies, when you Ascend to the Captain II Blade holding enemy then you can defeat it first to make it easier for the battle.
Defeat the Captain II Blade Enemy, and then defeat the other Construct.
After defeating the 2 Constructs, activate the Light Emitter and then defeat the 3 Constructs.
After crossing to the other side, then cross to the floating slab and then get closer to the Construct and attack.
Climb up on the middle floating floor.
Use Ascend to go up, defeat the last Construct.

Open the treasure chest at the goal.
