First, catch Vaporeon or Eevee. You can find Vaporeon at Lv 50 around Casseroya Lake. It is recommended if you want to spare time for leveling up.

After Vaporeon is prepared, increase to the desired IVs using items. Since each item costs money, it is recommended to reroll Nature, Individual Value, and Ability if you want to save a little money.

You need Vaporeon's normal Ability for Raids, and it has only one type of normal Ability, so either "Run Away" or "Adaptability" is fine if you catch the pre-evolution Eevee.

In order to increase Vaporeon's offensive performance, you have to distribute 252 to Sp. Attack. And, for durability, increasing its DEF to Max and the rest to HP is recommended.

Only Wish is learned with Egg Move. Although it is not required, it helps you more consistently in recovery than "Heal up!", so you should learn it whenever possible.

- Use Acid Armor on 1st turn
- Prepare for the Status Reset on 3rd turn
- Stack in the order of Acid Armor 3 times → Calm Mind 6 times
- Attack with Stored Power

Greninja's Gunk Shot will deal damage to about 40% of Vaporeon's HP. First, use Acid Armor to reduce the damage by increasing the defense.
Greninja will remove the increase of your allies' stats when you have acted three times. In order to recover HP before the Stats Increase is removed, select "Wish" on the 2nd turn and "Hang tough!" on the 3rd turn.
After your stats are reset, start stacking again in the order of Acid Armor 3 times, then Calm Mind 6 times. When all the stats have been stacked and the stats are as shown in the image above, start to attack.
Vaporeon will set a barrier during the process
Greninja will put up a barrier even if you don't deal much damage. There is no use in attacking halfway through, so Vaporeon should concentrate on stacking.
Beware of Night Slash
Night Slash is a move that can easily make a critical hit. If you got a critical hit, the damage will be calculated ignoring the increase in defense, resulting in heavy damage. To be safe, make sure that Vaporeon's HP is not lower than 60%.
When you have finished stacking, use Stored Power to attack. Since your opponent has increased its evasion rate with Double Team and you need to break the barrier, you have to hit it many times to beat him. It is a game of time.
