Bellibolt is one of the Best Counter Pokemon for the Mighty Decidueye. Since Decidueye's Attack is quite high after setting the screen, it'd be more stable if you distribute EVs to HP and Defense instead of HP and Sp. Attack.

How To Use In Solo or Random Multi-Play
  1. Choose an Attack Move on the first move
  2. Use Electric Terrain after Stats increases are canceled
  3. Use Parabolic Charge until Decidueye sets a Screen
  4. Use Acid Spray once after the Stats are reset
  5. Change to Electric Tera Type and use Parabolic Charge repeatedly
  1. Choose an Attack Move on the first move
  2. Choose an Attack Move on the first move

Since Decidueye will cancel your Stats increases on the first turn, choose an Attack Move so that you can use Terastal as soon as possible.

  3. Use Electric Terrain after Stats increases are canceled
  4. Use Electric Terrain

After the Stats increases have been canceled, set Electric Terrain and use Electric Seed to raise Defense by one stage. The Stats increases will not be canceled unless you are defeated, which makes it very stable.

  5. Use Parabolic Charge until Decidueye sets a Screen
  6. パラボラチャージ

Keep your HP high with Parabolic Charge until Decidueye sets a screen. There is no need to use Acid Spray or Chilling Water, as Decidueye will cancel the Stats decreases on itself when it sets the screen.

  7. Use Acid Spray once after the Stats are reset
  8. アシッドボムを1回使用

When the opponent sets a screen, it is time to use Acid Spray. Since this Bellibolt's Sp. Attack is not enhanced with EVs, you need to lower its Sp. Defense or you may not be able to deal enough damage and run out of time.

  9. Change to Electric Tera Type and use Parabolic Charge repeatedly
  10. use Parabolic Charge repeatedly

When you're ready, change Bellibolt to Electric Tera Type and use Parabolic Charge repeatedly. It may take a little time, but it is possible to defeat Decidueye stably.

You May Not Be Able To Recover In Time If Decidueye Makes Critical Hits With Leaf Blade Twice In A Row

If Decidueye makes Critical hits with Leaf Blade twice in a row after the Swords Dance, you may not be able to recover in time and will lose the battle. It would be better to lower Decidueye's Attack first with the Ability Intimidate by an NPC in Solo Raid or with Chilling Water by a Bellibolt in Random Multi-Play.

    Bellibolt

Bellibolt can be found around the waters in Area Zero and Casseroya Lake. It is recommended because Bellibolt's level are high when they appear, saving you time in raising the level.

Reroll It If You Want To Save Money

Once you caught Bellibolt, you can raise it to an ideal individual using items. Since each item costs money, it is recommended to reroll Nature, Individual Value, and Ability if you want to save as much money as possible.

    ・The Nature would not change
Purchased at Chansey Supply for 20,000 Poke Dollars

With Modest Mint, you can turn the Nature stats into Modest. If you don't have it, go to Chansey Supply in Mesagoza or other places and buy one for 20,000 Poke Dollars. However, there is no need to use Mints if the original Nature is Modest.

  7. Distribute Effort Values
  8. HPSP ATKSP DEF
    2522526

In the case of Bellibolt for Raid, it'd be best to distribute 252 to HP because it may need to take damage from both Physical and Special attacks. Although it is more efficient to distribute Effort Values to Endurance in details, 252 HP is still good enough, so 252 to HP is recommended.

If You Have Money Use Vitamins To Increase Effort Value

The fastest way is to use the above Vitamins to change its value if you can afford it. But since 1 item costs 10,000 Pokedollars and you need 26 pieces for each stat, a total of 500,000 Poke Dollars is required.
