Runaway Echoes Overview

Runaway Echoes Event Period

Event Period

September 9 (after the update) - September 30, 5:59 (UTC+8)

Runaway Echoes is a limited-time Version 1.3 event where you pick a character and enter an Anomalous Realm. Monster hordes spawn continuously from all directions, so defeat them, collect EXP orbs, level up, pick upgrade cards, and aim for the highest monster count before time runs out.

How to Play Runaway Echoes

Skills Fire Automatically

Your standard skills automatically target and attack enemies in Runaway Echoes. All you need to focus on is positioning, dodging when needed, and carving a path through the horde.

Collect EXP Orbs to Level Up

Defeated monsters drop EXP orbs. Picking them up fills your level gauge, and each level-up presents a random selection of upgrade cards to choose from.

Earn Talent Point Items Each Run

Every run rewards talent point items regardless of how far you get. These go toward your character's talent tree, improving base stats and combat mechanics over time.

Upgrade Cards

Cards Are Random Every Run

The upgrade card pool is large and the selection is random each time, so each run plays out differently. Draft the right kit to defeat enemies more easily. In the version

There are three card types to look out for:

Base Stat Cards	Boost Attack, CRIT, and DEF.
Skill Cards	Add new attack options to your kit.
Special Function Cards	Expand skill range, reduce cooldowns, and more.

Simulation Mode and Endless Mode

Simulation Mode - Clear the Stage

In Simulation Mode, survive until the timer runs out to clear the stage. Clearing stages completes challenge quests and earns rewards.

Endless Mode - No Time Limit

Endless Mode has no time limit. Keep going for as long as possible and set your own high score!
