Stack Express Delivery Power
Hathor stacks her dedicated resource, Express Delivery Power, by leveraging Critical Riposte and her Redirect Skill. The number of stacks significantly increases the ATK bonus during her Ultimate, so building up the gauge beforehand is critical.
Stacks Can Also Be Gained on Defeating a Target
Each time Hathor defeats an enemy, she gains 1 stack of Express Delivery Power. A viable strategy is to whittle down enemy HP with other characters and switch to Hathor only for the kill.
Enter Emergency Delivery State with the Ultimate
Activating her Ultimate transitions her into the 5-second Emergency Delivery state, unlocking her powerful dedicated skill Cyclone Strike. Her DPS is heavily concentrated into these 5 seconds, so activate it during a major opening from the enemy.
Stay on the Field While Empowered and Finish the Fight

Hathor has Life Skills related to City Delivery. Since both delivery points and Customer Satisfaction increase, it's an extremely powerful skill for City Delivery, making it easy to earn high ratings.
