Mammon Location and Rewards

Battle via Anomaly Furniture at Home

In NTE, Mammon is most commonly fought through the Anomaly Furniture at your home. You can also encounter Mammon through Quests and High-Risk Commissions, but there is no major difference in how the fight plays out.

No Weakness When Fought via Quests

Note that Mammon has no weakness attribute assigned only when fought through the Anomaly Commission "Yarn Ball or Fons?".

How to Unlock Mammon

The Anomaly Furniture "Gluttonous Eye," which lets you fight Mammon, can be obtained through the Auction. To participate in the Auction, you need to clear "Deal? Deal!" in Chapter 3 of the Main Story. Prioritize picking it up whenever it appears.

Defeat Rewards

Battles via Anomaly Furniture let you earn Fons up to the weekly cap. Since the amount earned depends on Mammon's remaining HP, aim to fully defeat it each run.

Unlimited Challenges

You can challenge Mammon via Anomaly Furniture as many times as you want. Each new record grants additional rewards on top of previous runs, so feel free to retry and improve your performance.

Mammon Counters and Best Teams

Watch Out for Erratic Movements

Mammon mainly uses melee attacks, but its movements are very erratic, and it can quickly move out of range, even against ranged attacks. Focus on landing damage during openings by making good use of Parry Attacks and Ultimates.

Lakshana Attacks Are Effective

NTE screenshot

Mammon's weakness type is set to "Lakshana." Attacking with this attribute lets you efficiently reduce the enemy's Break resistance, giving you a strong advantage in the fight.

Best Team for Mammon

NTE screenshot

Since Mammon has a Lakshana weakness and unpredictable movement, a setup with Hathor (to exploit the weakness) and Jiuyuan (for ranged damage) works well, with Esper Zero included for Esper Cycle synergy. Fill the last slot with a support focused on buffs or survivability.

Tips for Beating Mammon

Watch Out for Attack Animations

Many of Mammon's attacks have little to no warning. Watch its movements closely and dodge at the right moment to reduce incoming damage.

Use Remora to Increase Attack Opportunities

NTE screenshot

Trigger Remora using Lakshana Esper Abilities that match Mammon's weakness. Since Mammon moves unpredictably and can dash out of range, applying Remora helps increase your attack uptime.

Freeze Time with Ultimates

The Mammon fight via Anomaly Furniture has a time limit. Time stops during Ultimate animations, so use this to maximize your damage output.
