How to Redeem Codes?
Code Redemption and Claiming Steps
| 1. |  Select "..." in the upper right corner of the Menu.(For PS5, you can select it with the menu button after opening your smartphone.) |

| 2. |  Select "Redeem Code" to open the code entry screen. |
| 3. |  Enter the redemption code and select "Confirm." |
| 4. |  If the redemption code is correct, the items will be sent to your in-game mailbox. Open your mail and claim the rewards. |
To use a redemption code, select "Redeem Code" from the "..." menu in the top-right corner, enter the code on the following screen, and select "Confirm".
How to Get Code Rewards
Claim From Mailbox After Entering Code
The rewards for the entered code will be sent to your in-game mailbox. Remember to open your mail and claim the items, as simply entering the code is not enough to receive them.
Redemption Code Notes
Wait and Retry if Reward Fails to Arrive
Even after entering a redemption code, it may take some time for the mail to arrive. If the code was entered successfully, it will definitely arrive, so please wait patiently.
Enter Codes Before Expiration Date
NTE redemption codes have expiration dates, and they will become unusable after the date for each code passes. Be sure to enter redemption codes as soon as they are announced so you don't forget.
When new redemption codes are released, we will post them in this article along with their expiration dates, so please bookmark and use it.
Check the Usage Limit as Well
Some redemption codes may have a limit on the number of times they can be used. Be sure to enter new codes as soon as they are distributed.
Rewards Can Only Be Claimed Once
Each redemption code can only be used once per account. You will not receive duplicate rewards for entering the same code multiple times.
Make Sure Not to Forget to Claim Mail
Your mailbox has a limit of 500 emails that can be stored. If you leave them, they may become difficult to find among other emails or be deleted due to the limit, so be sure to claim your items after entering a redemption code.
