Tips for Displaying Fish in a Tank
Upgrade to a Larger Tank for More Fish

The maximum number of fish you can display depends on the tank's size and density limit. If you want to build a lively aquarium with lots of fish, save up and purchase a large tank early on.
Group Fish with Similar Environment Needs

Fish Tanks must be designated as either freshwater or saltwater. You must also monitor the water temperature and pH value using tools from the Luna Bay Aquarium Shop. Because pH requires manual adjustments, maintaining fish health can be tricky if their needs clash.
Avoid Mixing Too Many Species
Every fish has a specific comfortable environment. The more species you mix, the harder it is to balance the pH and temperature for everyone. Keep things simple by grouping fish with similar optimal conditions.
Monitor Your Temperature Controller

While a temperature controller maintains the water temperature automatically, it has a durability limit. Check on it periodically to ensure it hasn't broken, or your fish will suffer!
Keep an Eye on Fish Health

Your fish have a health stat that depletes if they are hungry, too cold, too hot, or in the wrong pH level. If their health drops too low and isn't improved, they will die. Always correct their environment immediately if their health starts falling.
Keep the Auto-Feeder Stocked

You can automate feeding by setting up an auto-feeder with the correct type of food. Keep in mind that food consumption scales based on the number and weight of your fish. Check the feeder often so they don't run out of food and lose health.
Start Small Before Adding Multiple Tanks
Because Fishkeeping is quite realistic, maintaining pH, refilling food, and checking controller durability takes daily effort. We highly recommend mastering the basics with just one tank before expanding your home with multiple aquariums.
