What Is a Wanted Level?
Level that Shows Arrest Risk

In NTE, the Wanted Level is a level related to being wanted by the authorities. It increases when your "Warrant," which accumulates when you commit illegal acts in the city, reaches a certain point. When your Wanted Level reaches 1-Star, you will become wanted and be pursued by Security Officers.
Some Actions Are Restricted While Wanted

Be aware that while you are wanted, you cannot teleport home, use fast travel, or shop at commercial facilities.
Sent to Hethereau Detention Center if Caught

If any of the characters you are controlling is defeated, you will be caught by a Security Officer and transferred to the Hethereau Detention Center. You will be detained at the Hethereau Detention Center for 6 days and will be released if you pay a fine to the Security Officers or your detention period expires.
| Note! | The detention period is in-game time, and if you complete the Hethereau Detention Center events as quickly as possible, you can get out in about 12 minutes. |
Escaping from the Detention Center is Possible

At the Hethereau Detention Center, you can escape before your detention period is over by taking specific actions. Since you can return to the city in a short amount of time without paying a fine, consider escaping if you get caught.
How To Escape from Detention Center?
When Your Wanted Level Is Maxed, a Battle with a Formidable Enemy Occurs

When your Wanted Level rises to the maximum of 4-Star, a battle with the formidable enemy "Justice Executioner Lv99" will occur. If you lose the battle, you will be sent to the Hethereau Detention Center, but defeating it will reward you with an S-Rare Arc, so if you are confident in your characters' strength, aim to defeat it.
| Note! | Defeating the Justice Executioner will reset your Wanted Level and clear your wanted status. |
How to Raise Your Wanted Level (Warrant)
List of Ways to Raise Your Wanted Level (Warrant)
- Attacking pedestrians or Vehicles in the city
- Attacking Security Officers or related Anomalies
- Commandeering another person's vehicle (Vehicle theft)
- Destroying public facilities by driving
- Other acts that affect the peace of the city
In NTE, your Wanted Level (Warrant) increases by committing illegal acts in the city, such as attacking pedestrians or Security Officers, stealing or attacking Vehicles, and destroying public facilities by driving.
Security Officer Reinforcements Strengthen as Your Wanted Level Rises

As your Wanted Level rises, the Security Officer forces will be strengthened, with more personnel and the appearance of flying patrol cars. Therefore, if you want to raise your Wanted Level to the maximum, you need to avoid the onslaught from these Security Officers.
Security Officer Forces per Wanted Level
| Wanted Level | Security Officer Forces |
| 1★ | 2 Security Officers |
| 2★ | 2 Security Officers + 2 flying patrol cars |
| 3★ | 9 Security Officers + 3 flying patrol cars |
| 4★ | Mandatory battle with Justice Executioner Lv99 begins |
When you reach Wanted Level 2, mobile flying patrol cars (Officer Whiskers) will appear, making it more difficult to escape from Security Officers. Also, even at Wanted Level 1, the number of Security Officers may increase if you continue to flee for a long time.
Benefits of Raising Your Wanted Level
Obtain the S-Rare Arc "Hethereau's Keeper"

After defeating "Justice Executioner Lv99," which appears at the maximum Wanted Level, you can go to a Security Office to receive the S-Rare Arc "Hethereau's Keeper." Hethereau's Keeper increases damage to boss units and has the ability to summon an "Officer Whisker."
Blue Police Officer Icon Shows Security Office Locations

Security Offices are located where the blue police officer icon is on the map. The Security Office will not be displayed when you first open the map; you will need to zoom in on the map to find it.
Can Be Sent to Hethereau Detention Center

When you become wanted and are caught by a Security Officer, you will be transferred to the Hethereau Detention Center. In the Hethereau Detention Center, you can not only experience prison life but also pick up items and obtain the "Unconventional Attire" skin, which is exclusively available there.
How to Lower Your Wanted Level (Warrant)
List of Ways to Lower Your Wanted Level (Warrant)
- Get away from the pursuing Security Officers
- Return home and benefit from the Coocoo Alert effect
- Eat a "Goodheart Crispy Mouse Cookie"
In NTE, you can lower your Wanted Level (Warrant) by getting a certain distance away from Security Officers, entering the effective range of the Anomaly Furniture "Coocoo Alert" at your home, or eating a Goodheart Crispy Mouse Cookie.
Get Away from Security Officers

Your Warrant will gradually decrease once you get a certain distance away from the Security Officers. Escape from the Security Officers by using a Vehicle to move or by entering a building and then teleporting.
Return Home to Benefit from the Coocoo Alert Effect

The Anomaly Furniture "Coocoo Alert" has the effect of lowering your Warrant when you return home. If you have unlocked and placed the Coocoo Alert in your home, you can lower your Wanted Level simply by returning home while you are wanted.
Eat a Goodheart Crispy Mouse Cookie

Eating a Goodheart Crispy Mouse Cookie lowers your Warrant by 500. You can get Goodheart Crispy Mouse Cookies by delivering lost items to the Security Office or by resolving City Violation incidents.
