Here is a list and guide for solving the Gimmicks in NTE (Neverness to Everness). It includes the location, how to solve the puzzles, and the benefits of completing them in NTE.

How to Solve Gimmicks

Gift from "21"

You can obtain various items by opening NTE’s Gifts from “21.” These boxes can be unlocked in different ways, such as investigating nearby postboxes or defeating enemies that appear at night. Since you will need to fight enemies for every box, make sure to recover your health before taking them on.

Nearby Gifts from "21" Can Be Seen on the Map

When you are within about 100m of a Gift from “21,” a box icon will appear on your map. Boxes that only appear at night will not show up on the map unless it is nighttime, so we recommend exploring during the night to find them more easily.

Oracle Stone

Oracle Stones are collectibles scattered throughout Hethereau. By collecting a certain number of them, you can increase your maximum stamina.

You can check the detailed locations of the Oracle Stones from the map tool.

Submit Them at The Witch's House

By submitting Oracle Stones at The Witch's House, you can increase your max stamina used for dodging and wall climbing. You will also simultaneously earn rewards like Annuliths and Hunter EXP.

Check-In Point

At NTE’s Check-In Points, you can take photos of landmarks and scenery. Taking pictures fills in the stamps in your Wanderer’s Journal, and earn Footprint Points.

Chameleon Package

You can obtain NTE’s Chameleon Package by approaching it from outside its line of sight. Its field of vision is fairly narrow, so approaching from behind or the side makes it easier to secure the item.

The Guide

When you use The Guide in NTE, it appears near your character and points in the direction of nearby items. It can detect items regardless of elevation differences, so try using it in different locations while exploring.

Complete Quest to Obtain

You don't have The Guide from the start; you need to clear a quest at the academy in Illusion Town. When exploring the city, be sure to complete the quest first to get The Guide.

"Griddy" Storage Lockers

At NTE's Storage Cabinets, you can use a key to retrieve random items, such as enhancement materials. Storage Cabinet keys can be picked up around the city.

Unyielding Rejected Plan

Unyielding Rejected Plan is an Anomaly Commission in the New Herland District. By using the Unyielding Rejected Plan from the shortcut menu, you can switch to a 2D perspective with no depth, allowing you to change perspectives as you make your way to the top.

C's Tower

C’s Tower is an Anomaly Commission in Bridge Crossings. Moving across the stacked box platforms will generate new platforms, so look for a route you can climb and make your way to the top.

Wertheimer Tower

To activate the Wertheimer Tower, you need to investigate the emblem on its side. Be aware that simply visiting the tower will not unlock it.
