After tracking the commission and arriving at the destination, climb the stacked boxes. Approaching the boxes makes more boxes appear and creates footholds, so securing footholds as you climb makes for smooth progress.
Defeat Proliferative C to complete the quest
Once you climb to the top, the battle with Proliferative C begins. Defeat it to complete the commission.
