Hunter Exchange Purchase Priority
Prioritize Annulith and Tri-Keys

Annuliths, used for pulling in the gacha, and Tri-Keys, used for purchasing Arcs, should be your top priority. They are a recommended use for Fons, so feel free to buy them without hesitation. New stock will be added each time you meet the Tycoon Level requirements.
Consider Upgrade Materials as Needed
If you're running low on upgrade materials, consider buying what you need. If you have plenty of Fons, it's a good idea to buy out all the stock before the refresh.
Limited Item Purchase
Limited items can only be purchased once, and they will not be restocked when the store refreshes. Buy them when you need them.

Hunter Exchange Unlock Conditions
Unlocks at Tycoon Level 6
The Hunter Exchange unlocks at Tycoon Level 6. In the Hunter Exchange, you can spend Fons to purchase Annuliths, Tri-Keys, and various items needed for character upgrades. First, focus on raising your Tycoon Level to unlock it.
Increase Tycoon Level to Unlock Items
Some of the items available in the Hunter Exchange are unlocked by meeting certain Tycoon Level requirements. You can unlock all items by reaching Tycoon Level 30.

Items Reset on the Store Refresh Date
*This is the first refresh date after release.
The Hunter Exchange's lineup refreshes at a set time, and all items except for the limited ones are restocked. Unpurchased items will not carry over after the refresh, so be sure to buy high-priority items first.
