Buying the Pegasus Residence unlocks a brand-new house for you in the southeastern part of the New Herland District.

The Pegasus Residence lets you invite up to 5 characters at the same time. Just keep in mind that before you can invite someone, you must have them in your roster and get their Bond Level to level 4.

Play Mahjong with the Characters
You can enjoy playing mahjong at home just by purchasing a Home Entertainment Table. It’s purely for fun, though, as you won't get any in-game items or rewards for playing.
The Home Entertainment Can Be Purchased at DeLuxur
You can buy the Home Entertainment Table for 150,000 Fons at DeLuxur along Davidia Avenue if you want to play mahjong at home.
Entrance is via the Ground-level Parking Lot
At the Pegasus Residence, you can drive your vehicle into the ground-level parking lot. You can enter the building through a special elevator in the parking lot that leads straight up to your room.
The Car Elevator is Accessible from the Parking Lot
When driving to the Pegasus Residence, you can enter through the parking lot found on the lower level of the first-floor car mall.
The Place is Semi-Furnished
The Pegasus Residence comes semi-furnished, meaning essential furniture like sofas, beds, and chairs are already set up for you. You can jump right into your Home Time interactions immediately without needing to buy or place any extra items.

Compared to Wiener Apartments, 6 new types of Anomaly Furniture can be installed. Additionally, at Pegasus Residence, it is possible to upgrade the Anomaly Furniture Mechanic up to Lv7.
Anomaly Furniture - How to Unlock and ObtainLocation of Damaged Crate
The Damaged Crate is furniture that lets you receive Beetle Coins. It is located in the room with the bed in the center of the 2nd floor of your home, and by interacting with it, you can receive Beetle Coins daily.
Location of Hamster Ball
The Hamster Ball is furniture that lets you receive Modules. It is located in the space right after you enter the house and go up to the 2nd floor, and by interacting with it, you can obtain a Module daily.
Location of the Old Mailbox
The Old Mailbox is furniture that allows you to accept Special City Delivery on the spot, and it is located on the balcony to the immediate left as you enter the room.
Location of Forgotten Helmet
The Forgotten Helmet is Anomaly Furniture that reduces vehicle durability loss during races, and it is located straight ahead at the back after you enter the room.
Location of Replica Ghost Car
The Replica Ghost Car is furniture that reduces the durability loss of the vehicles and unlocks appearance modifications. It is located in the room to the left, after going up to the 2nd floor.
