NTE's Best Reroll Pick Is Chaos

The best character to reroll for in NTE is Chaos. He is a high-damage DPS who can boost his own damage output through his skills and unlock enhanced Basic Attacks by continuously attacking enemies. He is also highly recommended due to his excellent synergy with the protagonist, making it easy to build an effective team around him.
| Note! | Nanally, Hotori, and Lacrimosa are currently unavailable. |

Based on Current Featured Characters
Characters that are not currently featured in a featured banner have been excluded from the reroll tier list. We only list characters who are available during the current period.
Best Standard Characters

Among the standard characters, Jiuyuan, Sakiri, and Daffodill have the highest priority. Jiuyuan has an Attribute that pairs well with the protagonist and is easy to fight with due to her ranged attacks. Sakiri is an excellent buffer who can also deal with high-speed enemies. Daffodill is a character who will become the core of your second party, so we recommend her if you're thinking about the future.
Chiz Is Not Available from the Gacha

Chiz can be obtained by reaching Tycoon Level 18 in Hethereau. She can be fully upgraded to A6 for free, so she is not included in the reroll tier list.

Gacha System GuideBest Banners for Rerolling
Prioritize the Limited Character Banner

While we generally don't recommend rerolling in NTE, if you choose to do so, it's best to prioritize pulling on the current Limited Board. Collect Annulith from your Mail, redemption codes, and other available rewards, then use them all on the limited banner.
Standard Banners Have Lower Priority
We do not recommend rerolling on gachas other than the featured banner. If you aren't aiming for the featured character, it's fine to start the game without rerolling.
When to Stop Rerolling
Stop After Getting a Featured S-Rank
When rerolling in NTE, the Limited Board with the current featured character is recommended. The featured characters are generally stronger, and it's easier to target a specific character on a Limited Board.
Prioritize Extra S-Ranks if Possible
The initial S-rank characters are a slightly lower priority. Aiming for them after you've obtained the featured character and have resources to spare is an option, but we don't recommend using your gacha currency on the Standard Board.
Some A-Rank Characters Are Great Too

Among NTE's A-rank characters, Haniel and Adler are exceptionally good. The protagonist also has a user-friendly and effective kit, so you can build a strong party even without rerolling.
A-Rank Characters ListYou Can Get Over 120 Free Gacha Pulls

In NTE, by combining pre-registration rewards and event handouts, you can get over 120 free gacha pulls at launch. While you'll need to play the game consistently to collect login rewards, you can guarantee a standard S-rank character using only Fabricated Dice.
How to Get 120 Free PullsRerolling for Arcs is Also Not Recommended
Besides characters, there is also an Arc gacha. However, since characters are more impactful in combat than Arcs, we do not recommend rerolling on the Arc gacha.
Arc Gacha GuideWhat to Do After Rerolling
Progress the Main Story

Once you're done rerolling, start by progressing through the Main Story. Clearing Main Story Prologue II will unlock the main content, Hethereau Hobbies.
Beginner Early Game GuideIncrease Your Tycoon Level

Once you've unlocked Hethereau Hobbies, earn Fons in Hethereau Hobbies to raise your Tycoon Level. Raising your Tycoon Level will allow you to unlock new minigames and obtain the S-rank character, Chiz.
