- Talk to the Talkative Old Man
- Clean up the ads on the wall
- Talk to him again to clear
Talk to the Talkative Old Man in the back alley off Flamingo Avenue in New Herland District, Hethereau.
On behalf of the frail old man, walk up to the ads plastered all over the wall he was looking at and peel them off.
Some ads are placed up high, so be careful not to miss them.
Once you've cleaned off all the ads, talk to the old man, who has moved near the railing on the opposite side, to clear the quest and earn Fons.
