Skill Enhancement Priorities
Focus on Developing 4 Characters in Early Game

Skill enhancement in NTE requires large amounts of Stamina, Character Pixels, and Beetle Coin to gather materials. For this reason, it's recommended to focus your early game development on approximately 4 characters that make up your main team.
Enhancement Priority Varies by Character Performance

While enhancement priorities differ by role (DPS, Support, etc.), they ultimately depend on your character's performance. Focus on developing skills with high usage frequency for maximum impact.
Skill Enhancement Priority Summary
| Target Skill | Priority |
|---|---|
| Damage-Dealing Skills (DPS) | ★★★★★ |
| Key Support Skills | ★★★★・ |
| Other Skills | ★★・・・ |
Prioritize DPS Skills First
Begin by enhancing your main DPS character's damage-dealing skills, as they form the core of your team's offensive power. Enhancing these skills increases your damage output, making it easier to defeat enemies.
Next, Enhance Core Support Skills
It's also recommended to enhance the core skills of your Support characters. Depending on the character, particularly for characters with healing abilities, skill enhancement increases your team's durability and survivability.
Finally, Level Up Your Other Skills
Once you've completed the above two priorities, work on leveling up your remaining skills. If you're limited on resources, consider focusing on other development aspects like Character Level, Arc Ascension, or Gear enhancement instead.
How to Enhance Skills
Enhance Skills from Character Details - Esper Ability Screen

You can enhance skills by accessing the Esper Ability screen from your Character list and tapping on the skill. While the maximum skill level is 10, the actual limit depends on your character's current level.
Unlock Locked Support Skills Through Ascension

Locked Support Skills are unlocked by using Arc Ascension. Just like skill enhancement, you'll need specialized enhancement materials, so it's recommended to collect them regularly.
Skill Enhancement Requires Specialized Materials

Skill enhancement requires specialized Esper Ability Enhancement Materials. You'll also need Beetle Coin for enhancement, so make sure to farm both materials together.
Life Skills Use Different Enhancement Materials

Life Skills require different enhancement materials compared to combat skills. Life Skill enhancement materials can be obtained as Daily Rewards or through the Hunter Exchange.
How to Get Skill Enhancement Materials
Farm Materials in Houdinii's Schemes

You can get skill enhancement materials in "Houdinii's Schemes." The required materials differ depending on the character, so check which materials you need before challenging the stage. You'll consume Stamina (Character Pixels) to get a large amount of materials as rewards.
Stamina Guide - Uses & How to RecoverAlso Available Through Hunter Exchange

Skill enhancement materials can also be obtained through the Hunter Exchange. The Hunter Exchange unlocks at Life Skill Level 6, so use it as needed when you urgently require materials.
