A Box That Gives You Items When Opened
By opening a Gift from "21" in NTE, you can receive various items. There are various ways to open the boxes, such as "investigating a nearby postbox" or "defeating enemies that appear at night," and since all boxes require you to fight enemies, make sure to recover your health before challenging them.

Achievements are Unlocked Based on the Number Opened
In Achievements, the number of Gift from "21"s you've opened is counted. Achievements are unlocked when you open 1, 10, and 50 boxes, and you'll receive Annulith, so be sure to open them when you see them.
Appears on the Map When You're Within About 100m
When you get within about 100m of a Gift from "21", a box icon will appear on your map. Boxes that only appear at night will not show on the map unless it is nighttime, so it's recommended to explore at night.

How to Open the Gift from "21"
Defeat the Paper Airplanes From the Nearby Postbox
For boxes wrapped in paper, there is a "white postbox" nearby. When you open the postbox, paper airplane-like enemies will fly towards the box. You can open it by fighting and defeating them. The enemies move fast and often fly high, so it's recommended to fight them with a ranged character like Jiuyuan.
Touching the Box Makes a Paper Airplane Fly Towards the Postbox
If you touch the box before the postbox, a paper airplane will fly from the box towards the postbox. Even if you lose sight of the paper airplane, a white trail will remain for a short time after it flies, so use it as a reference to find the postbox.
Defeat the Enemies That Appear When You Get Close
Multiple enemies will appear once you get close to the dice-marked area, since this is an anomaly. These anomalies can take various forms, such as a vehicle or an umbrella, and getting close to them may transport you to another world.

Defeat the Special Anomalies Nearby
For some boxes, a special anomaly, like a carp streamer, will appear nearby. You can open the box by defeating this anomaly. These special anomalies are different from regular ones; they are often brightly colored, making them easy to spot.

Defeat All Surrounding Enemies at the Same Time
For boxes that only appear at night, multiple enemies will be waiting with the box between 19:00 and 6:00. The enemies that appear will revive with half their health after a short time, so try to reduce all their health evenly and then finish them off with a group attack.
Defeat the Boss That Appears
This is a gift that can be opened by defeating the boss that appears when you get close. They have more health than regular enemies, and their health bar is displayed at the top of the screen, so take your time fighting while avoiding damage.

Fight Enemies in a Hidden Otherworld
Some gifts can be opened by defeating enemies in an alternate space that doesn't appear on the map, even when you get close. At a door slightly west of the Phone Booth on top of a building in the New Herland District, you can enter to move to an alternate space. Defeating all the enemies there will allow you to open a 21 o'clock Gift.
