Head to Green Wall Slope

Screaming Airwaves can be found lying between the planters at the spot where you fought the Record Player enemy.

Report to the Elder (No Reward)

Screaming Airwaves can be used from the Shortcut menu. Once obtained, the Item is added to the Key Items section of your Inventory, so set it to a Shortcut from there.
Useful in "Lonely Player" Commission

The Anomaly Commission "Lonely Player," which can be accepted inside Clement Academy, includes a mission where you must play the piano following a given pattern.
